Roles and Responsibility

  • To provide administrative support for daytoday working of the team.
  • Managing the vendors and raising PO as per the invoices
  • Coordinating with IT team on team's IT requirement (both software and hardware), raising and tracking request
  • Also managing the PO's related to IT


  • Managing team's asset

  • Laptops, systems, stationery, softwares et. al
  • Coordinating with facilities management as per the team's need
  • Assisting in travel planning
  • Both inward and outward
  • Managing activities during the visits of Senior Management
  • Keeping records up to date related to
  • Team members
  • IT expenses and Vendor Expenses
  • IT Assets
  • Other assets
  • Managing the biannual BCP requirement and BCP testing
  • Assisting in New Joinee onboarding

For eg:
Coordination with hotel, seat allocation, making systems ready, raising requisite RMS

  • Coordinating for employee engagement activities including offsites for the team
  • Managing calendars of Senior Team Members.
