Urgently hiring for Customer Support Executive for our eCommerce process.
- **(Note

  • This is a fulltime work from office job, freelancers/Part timers do not apply)**_
  • Processing orders and managing from start to finish update the same in portals.
  • Make calls professionally to provide information about customer orders, products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that agent can answer questions.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/too.

Handle customers queries in social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp etc.

Required skill set:


  • Should have computer knowledge and excel
  • Have good command over English and Hindi language
  • Good communication
  • Customer focus
  • Should have good convincing power
  • Should be presentable
  • Should be able to work with team
  • Daily report to team leader

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹14, ₹16,000.00 per month
