As a core member, he/she will be responsible for

Delivering best quality software with best software practices as per Bosch standards
Build, manage and mentor the development team
Interface with our GB users and partners to understand requirements, set priorities and communicate direction and progress
Provide technical leadership for every aspect of software
Manage the agile development process and methodology to deliver value to customers
Help develop longterm development and business technology strategies
Feature development by following SCRUM methodology estimation, implementation, testing and release
Supporting the L3 team if there are any tickets which requires development attention
Cooperate with various internal and external stakeholder teams to ensure compliant way of service implementation, release and operations

Qualifications:

SharePoint product specialist with 9-12 years of experience

Knowledge in SharePoint product 2019 and SharePoint online

Programming experience in C#, Azure, Typescript and SharePoint framework

Experience in Visual Studio, TFS, GIT, JIRA tools

Knowledge in Code Quality practices like reviews and usage of tools like sonarqube

Good communication and collaboration skills

Experience and Certified Scrum Master in Agile Software Development Life Cycle

Experience in leading multiple projects/team spread across different geographical locations
