Salesforce Ignite is a customer-facing, digital strategy and design consulting team within Salesforce.

We help C-level executives at Fortune 2000 companies recognize and interpret forces of change in their market, and collaborate with them to plot a course towards a more robust digital future through human-centered design.

Our engagements combine elements of strategy, user-research, visioning, ideation, visual storytelling, business model design, rapid prototyping, and in-market concept testing and experimentation.

Intern Responsibilities:

Assist the Ignite team in conducting primary and secondary research and analysis for key topics. Primary research could involve travel to various locations.
Participate in client meetings, workshops, and presentations to gather requirements, provide updates, and support solution discussions.
Contribute to the creation of clientfacing deliverables, such as presentations, reports, and proposals, to communicate strategic recommendations and project progress effectively. Explore potential of Generative Artificial Intelligence in Ignite projects.

Eligibility:

Bachelor in Design Graduate
Strong interest in Innovation, Design Thinking and Digital Transformation.
Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to conduct research, gather insights, and develop strategic recommendations.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in prototyping tools, Figma, Adobe Suite and similar software is a plus.
