Roles and Responsibility

Job Title:
Sap Native Hana admin

Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain SAP HANA systems, including system landscape design, sizing, and capacity planning.
Perform system monitoring, health checks, and performance tuning to ensure optimal performance and availability of SAP HANA databases.
Manage user access, security policies, and authorizations within SAP HANA environments.
Implement and maintain backup and recovery strategies for SAP HANA databases to ensure data integrity and availability.
Monitor and optimize data replication, data loading, and data provisioning processes in SAP HANA.
Implement and maintain high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) solutions for SAP HANA systems.
Perform system upgrades, patches, and migrations as required.
Develop and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices for SAP HANA administration.
Stay updated with the latest SAP HANA features, enhancements, and best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
48 years of handson experience in SAP Native HANA administration.
Proficiency in SAP HANA installation, configuration, monitoring, and performance tuning.
Experience with SAP HANA database backup and recovery strategies.
Strong knowledge of SAP HANA security concepts, user management, and authorizations.
Familiarity with SAP HANA high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) solutions.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in SAP HANA environments.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
SAP HANA certification is a plus.
Experience with SAP Basis administration and SAP technologies (such as BW/4HANA, S/4HANA) is desirable.
