Process Control-blast Furnace


Location :
Bokaro

Experience : 8-12 years


CTC :
10-20 lakhs


Qualification:
BE/ BTech in Metallurgy


Key Responsibilities:


To ensure environment, health and safety (EHS) at work place with a goal of zero harm, zero waste, zero discharge.

To build a strong team with respect to skill and attitude to achieve the organisational goals. Creating and implementing SOPs.

To demonstrate leadership in normal situations and during crisis

Achieving targets of cost/quantity/quality/availability/OEE

Focussing on improvement initiatives and analysis of failures

Planning and budgeting the targets

C0-ordination with suppliers and customers for smooth functioning and achieving the targets.

Reviewing daily, monthly and annual performance and designing actions to close the gaps.

Ensuring customer satisfaction


Desired Skills & Knowledge:

  • Blast furnace operation
  • Handling blast furnace irregularities
  • Knowledge of blast furnace raw materials
  • Statutory requirements
