Job description -Music Faculty
Since 2009, Soundkraft has been providing a complete training and performing platform to the music aspirants across Hyderabad. It started with the motive of providing a globally recognized music curriculum in order to produce technically sound musicians.

With growing demand of quality music, Soundkraft, by 2014 has expanded its horizon across the city and had three branches running successfully in the most premium locations such as Madhapur, Gachibowli, and Kondapur.

Now we are in Bangalore and globally available online.

Soundkraft is one among the very few music training studios to have its own band, which gives the students an eventful opportunity to showcase the skills they have garnered during their learning at Soundkraft.

The faculty is required to teach or perform singing or playing a musical instrument to students (adults and children) at Soundkraft or at Soundkraft working locations

Responsibilities and Duties
He/She needs to take up the following roles and responsibilities:

Preparing the students either for hobby purpose or for examination purpose based on the student's inclination following and designing the course structure with approved by Soundkraft management.

Should arrange and ensure the required teaching material is available for the planned classes beforehand.
Theory, Aural, Scales, Exercises and Other practical techniques have to be a part of the lesson plan.

Should motivate the students to go for examinations and prepare accordinglyShould connect with the students so that they stay motivated to learn more.

Should co-ordinate with the Admin, Management as and when required to ensure all the parties are at same page with respect to the students' progress.

Should encourage the students to refer their friends to join the classes at Soundkraft.

Should have well understood the requirements for examination as per syllabus and shouldn't keep any loop hole in the preparation.

Should maintain the student's feedback, progress and raise red flag as and when if required.

Should prepare the students for performances once every quarter and should plan small gathering of 20/25 students and their parents.

Should maintain the students record for the branch assigned when required.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Instruments - Guitar, Flute, Violin, Piano/Keyboard, Drums

Expertise in one of the instruments mandatory. Multiple instruments knowledge will be an added advantage.

Grade cerified professionals preferred.
Should be able to follow the soundkraft syllabus.
Ability to read musical notations is mandatory.
