Job Title:
Store Incharge / Raw Material Stock Keeper

Responsibilities:

Manage the raw material inventory of the company, including paper, ink, and other related materials
Ensure that the store is properly maintained and all raw materials are stored safely and securely
Monitor inventory levels and anticipate raw material needs based on production schedules and sales projections
Maintain accurate records of all raw material transactions in Excel, including receipts, issuances, and returns
Identify slowmoving and dead inventory and work with the production team to minimize waste and reduce costs
Coordinate with suppliers and purchasing team to ensure timely delivery of raw materials
Train and manage store assistants to maintain a high standard of cleanliness, organization and safety in the store
Monitor the expiry date of raw materials and ensure timely use or disposal to avoid wastage.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years' experience working in a store or inventory management role in the paper industry
Good knowledge of paper types, GSMs, quality, and grades
Proficient in Microsoft Excel for record keeping and reporting
Demonstrated ability to implement inventory management strategies to minimize waste and optimize inventory turnover ratio.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
