Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the TB Bharat Summit,
aligning with the organization's mission and objectives.

  • Oversee the endtoend planning and execu1on of the summit, ensuring a
flawless and impac5ul experience for all par1cipants.


  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Cul1vate and maintain strong rela1onships with key stakeholders, including
speakers, sponsors, partners, and aNendees.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all summitrelated inquiries and
communications.


Program Curation:
agenda for the summit.

  • Ensure the seamless flow of sessions, panels, and interac1ve elements,
maintaining a balance between informa1on dissemina1on and audience

engagement.


Logistics and Operations:

  • Oversee all logístical aspects of the summit, including venue selection,
catering, audio-visual setups, and on-site coordination.

  • Coordinate with external vendors to ensure the delivery of highquality
services.


Marketing and Promotion:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement a robust
promotional strategy for the TB Bharat Summit.

  • Leverage various channels to maximize visibility and partcipation.

Post-Summit Analysis:

  • Conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the summit, gathering feedback from
participants and stakeholders.

  • Provide insights and recommenda1ons for future improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in event management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in coordinating and managing highprofile conferences or
summits.

  • Excep1onal organiza1onal and mul1tasking abili1es.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry, par1cularly in the context of tuberculosis.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in event management.
  • Crea1ve thinking and problemsolving skills.

Salary:
₹8, ₹10,000.00 per month
