Description
You engage with customer facing staff who operate EDC (Electronic Data Capture) or POS

machines (Point of Sales) and their managers,

  • Your role with include training of new staff for EDC usage and their value added features.
  • You will also help in troubleshooting issues observed with these machines, root causes of
issues and their mitigation, and also you will help with

  • You will also develop long term relatioships with the store managers and branch managers
for their needs related to EDC/POS machines, such that anything related to their EDC/POS,

they will call you

  • You will be seen as their #1 person to help for anything related to EDC/POS

Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
