Roles and Responsibilities:
Secretarial Compliance:
- Organizing, preparing agendas for and taking minutes of board meetings and annual general meetings (AGMs)
- Maintaining statutory books, including registers of members, directors and secretaries;
- Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and taking appropriate action;
- Liaising with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors;
- Developing and overseeing the systems that ensure the company complies with all applicable codes, in addition to its legal and statutory requirements.
Other:
- Co-ordination of ROC and secretarial activities with the Company Secretary.
- Engage in on-going cost reduction analyses in all areas of the company.
- Inventory Analysis
- Sales Analysis
- Margin Analysis
- Tenders
- Company secretary with 1-5 years of post-qualification experience,/
- Exposure in Financial planning and reporting is a must
- Well conversant with ERP accounting environment (Microsoft Dynamics exposure preferred) with excellent working knowledge in MS Office.
- Analytical approach.
Educational Background:
- Qualification : CS
Additional Pointers:
- Should be open to transfer to any other group company/department/location on the basis of management requirement.
- Should be open to take additional responsibilities apart from the current scope of work.
Salary:
₹27, ₹40,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
