Description
We are looking for a Creative Graphic Designer to join our team Motion Graphics is always a plus. A designer with a passion for Visual communication & aesthetics.

Emphasis will be on designing customized banners & video-based graphics and other marketing collaterals used to bring the attention of the audience.


Roles and Responsibility:


  • Working on various design requirements, including podcasts, Audio Drama banners and station banners.
  • Create compelling and effective designs, both static and dynamic for various social media platforms.
  • Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts for social media, Marketing, and advertisements.
  • Conceptualize and execute the creative design strategy behind every post.
  • Responsible for effectively creating graphics with infographic representations, appropriate use of color, images, and typography is a must.
  • Coordinate with copywriters, social media & design team to produce the final design.
  • Bringing new design ideas & ensuring implementation of the same.

Desired Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Design or related field.
  • Should have knowledge of Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
  • Video Editing and Motion Graphics knowledge will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and persuade.
  • Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under deadline pressure on projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical, Creativity, Flexibility, attention to detail, time management skills, and Communication skills are a must.
  • Professionalism regarding time and deadlines.

Stipend:
INR 20, ,000 / per month

Duration: - 6 months


Location:
Bengaluru, Karnataka (On-site)
