Kofax Total Agility Administrator Job Descriptions

Provide administrative support of the Kofax system. Areas of focus to include system backup/recovery; health monitoring and emergency responsiveness; dependable and auditable security controls; maximum uptime and service delivery.
Assist with functional and system integration testing for software upgrades, customizations, patches, etc.
Maintain Kofax users, groups, permissions, roles, security, and system configuration.
Ensure Kofax operations meet or exceed corporate security requirements.
Produce support and procedural documentation; ensure service level agreements (SLA s) are defined and achieved. Review/update documentation periodically
Support Kofax integration to other systems (e. g. SharePoint Online; SAP)

- support installations, configurations, and maintenance of the groups ECM/BPM solution.

License management and allocation

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of experience supporting installation and configuration of Kofax Capture products
5+ years of experience with Windows Server administration and IIS
3+ years of experience with SQL Server administration
Exposure to and familiarity with multiple systems environments, firewalls, storage and networking
Performance tuning and capacity planning
Experience with large complex technical projects
Effective troubleshooting and problem resolution
Adapt priorities to maintain multiple inprogress assignments
Offhours support for planned changes and participation in an oncall rotation are required
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written

Kofax modules
KC, KTM, KCIC, KCS, KCNS, VRS, KTA
High availability and disaster recovery concepts, design, and implementation
Kofax Capture certification
Experience with F5 load balancers
Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) Certification
