Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) Therapist to join our team.

As an ABA Therapist, you will work with children and adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities to improve their social, communication, and behavioral skills using evidence-based interventions.

You will work one-on-one with clients in a variety of settings, including homes, schools, and clinics.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct assessments to identify client's developmental strengths and needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on the principles of ABA.
  • Implement evidencebased behavioral interventions, including discrete trial training (DTT), naturalistic teaching, and incidental teaching to target specific developmental areas.
  • Use positive reinforcement techniques to promote positive behavior and reduce negative behavior.
  • Collect and analyze data to evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including speech therapists and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive care to clients.
  • Participate in team meetings and regular supervision to ensure effective delivery of services.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of client progress and treatment plans.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Certification in ABA therapy from a recognized program or willingness to obtain certification.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques, including discrete trial training (DTT), naturalistic teaching, and incidental teaching.
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
