JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage daily operations of the branch.
- Manage Employee Attendance and movement.
- Branch Maintenance.
- Ensure the facility is kept clean, safe and orderly.
- Branch Rent, Bills etc. Properly managing.
- Maintaining Administrative Records
- Attendance Register, Visitors Register, Phone Register, Employee movement register, Stationary Register, Courier Parcel Register, Walk in Register etc.
- Handle Branch Petty Cash and Submit the petty cash report at the end of the day.
- Client Payment Collection and recording.
- Assist Admin Manager PAN INDIA in maintaining the Branch Discipline.
- Provide a warm, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere for employees.
- Ensure that the branch personnel comply with federal and state laws.
- Complete Employee joining and resigning formalities.
- Maintain operational standards to provide an excellent working environment for employees.
- Assist Admin Manager to operate the branch in line with company procedures and policies.
The Administrator will be reporting to the Admin Manager and assisting the Admin Manager in the smooth functioning of the office.
- Employee Login, Logout timing, Branch Movements.
- In completing Labour activities by visiting Labour office.
- Age : 27 years to 37 years
- Gender : Females preferred

₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
