Office Management:
Supervising and maintaining the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment.

Documentation: Managing and organizing company documents, records, and files. This may involve creating and maintaining filing systems.

Scheduling: Coordinating schedules and appointments for executives and other team members.

Travel and transport Arrangements: Making travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.

Meeting Coordination: Organizing and scheduling meetings, preparing meeting agendas, and taking minutes, if required.

Office Administration: Contract management, Facilities management, all administrative duties.

Resource Management: Managing office supplies, equipment, and other resources to ensure the smooth functioning of the workplace.

Policy Implementation: Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures.

Problem Solving: Addressing administrative issues and solving problems as they arise.

HR: Support HR Team for today's activities.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
