Tally Operator & Customer Service Representative

Overview:

Responsibilities:

Utilize Tally software to maintain accurate records of inventory, including stock levels, incoming and outgoing shipments, and product details.
Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
Generate reports on inventory status, sales trends, and other relevant metrics as needed.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery or pickup.
Handle cash and card transactions for sales transactions, maintaining proper documentation and records.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth flow of operations and exceptional customer experience.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the customer service area and assist with general store upkeep tasks as needed.
Stay informed about company products, promotions, and policies to effectively assist customers and promote sales.
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the overall efficiency of operations.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Tally software is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Prior experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
Basic math skills and familiarity with cash handling procedures.
Flexibility to work extended hours as needed, including evenings and weekends.
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent.
