He/she should supervise the barber's duties of switching on the warmers, sanitizing the backwash and

- whether the towels are rolled.

He/she should supervise the cleaning done by the support staff
Its mandatory for the manager to check the cleanliness of the barber stations ,VIP suite and VIP

- washrooms

Its mandatory for the managers to be a part of every consultation
Managers should be well groomed themselves and also supervise the grooming of the staff
He/she should tally business cash three times in a day
Managers should be vigilant when it comes to maintenance issues as there is a possibility of it hampering

- the business

Managers should stand on the floor when the services are going on. This is to check if the service sop's are

- followed by the barbers

Managers should make sure that the beverages (that are served to the client) aren't delayed and cookies

- served to every guest

He/she has to take feedback and click a picture of every client
He/she must carry out another duties related to the smooth operations of the store and company.

General Responsibilities

Projects a polished, professional image at all times
Must be current on Company product pricing and product offering
Has a thorough knowledge of, adheres to and enforces Company policies and procedures.
Maintains a positive relationship with the rest of the staff. Supports other staff in achieving their goals
Participates in all scheduled meetings as directed by the other departments.
