Guest Relation Executive

  • He/she should supervise the barber's duties of switching on the warmers, sanitizing the backwash and
- whether the towels are rolled.

  • He/she should supervise the cleaning done by the support staff
  • Its mandatory for the manager to check the cleanliness of the barber stations ,VIP suite and VIP
- washrooms

  • Its mandatory for the managers to be a part of every consultation
  • Managers should be well groomed themselves and also supervise the grooming of the staff
  • He/she should tally business cash three times in a day
  • Managers should be vigilant when it comes to maintenance issues as there is a possibility of it hampering
- the business

  • Managers should stand on the floor when the services are going on. This is to check if the service sop's are
- followed by the barbers

  • Managers should make sure that the beverages (that are served to the client) aren't delayed and cookies
- served to every guest

  • He/she has to take feedback and click a picture of every client
  • He/she must carry out another duties related to the smooth operations of the store and company.

General Responsibilities

  • Projects a polished, professional image at all times
  • Must be current on Company product pricing and product offering
  • Has a thorough knowledge of, adheres to and enforces Company policies and procedures.
  • Maintains a positive relationship with the rest of the staff. Supports other staff in achieving their goals
  • Participates in all scheduled meetings as directed by the other departments.

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹20, ₹28,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Rotational shift

Experience:


  • Hospitality: 2 years (required)
  • Front desk: 1 year (required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (preferred)
