  • Must have execellent technical expertise in designing and implementation (scalability, high availability, migration and consolidation) on the Microsoft SQL Server platform. (1.)


To provide solutions that commensurate with the delivery needs within the ambit of the given environment to achieve business results.

(2.) To regularly supervise and coach team (3.) To improve the operational systems, processes and policies to support organizations mission - eg:
better management reporting, information flow ,business process, organizational planning and governance reviews.

(4.) To be accountable for compliances, Service Assurance and Strategic Initiatives metrics for respective region and ensure process effectivesorawareness through regular on boarding, training and induction.

Driving SIPorGet well Plan in steady state accounts (If applicable) (5.) To ensure closure of escalations in adherence to agreed quality and process company and client norms.
