Description

Ø Hardware and software installation, configuration & troubleshooting.

Ø Monitoring and maintaining information technology systems and services.

Ø Responsible for working with different systems, software, and hardware and follow standard procedures to escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal departments.

Ø Provide prompt and accurate feedback to users, ensure proper recording and closure of all issues and prepare accurate and timely reports

Ø Create, Maintain and Update all the IT help desk-related documents.

Ø Responsible for allocation of Assets & Software to the users, maintaining Inventory files & records, keep track of all the assets for their movement & allocations.

Ø Develop, execute and follow IT operational policies, standards and work instructions for user support.

Ø Resolve helpdesk service calls using documented procedures.

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
