Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the dispatch team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
Develop and implement efficient routing and scheduling procedures to optimize delivery operations.
Monitor dispatch activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Train and mentor dispatch team members to ensure high performance and productivity.
Communicate with drivers and delivery personnel to provide guidance and support as needed.
Manage inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure adequate stock for dispatch.
Resolve any issues or complaints related to delivery operations in a timely and effective manner.
Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including delivery schedules, route assignments, and customer interactions.
Implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure the wellbeing of dispatch team members and drivers.
Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and logistics, to streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field preferred.
