III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales approach, should be able to drive targets, engage with all the influencers in the industry to identify potential clients for homecare services.
- Maintain and build good relations with the key influencers in the potential universe.
- To utilize the experience and connections in the industry to on board the doctors for referral business.
- To identify potential patient's basis their needs and convert patient for homecare in coordination with treating consultant and patient's relatives and nursing team leader.
- Financial counselling and obtain a valid consent and first advance payment while onboarding the patient.
- Identify the patient care needs and intimate concerned team for competent manpower, equipment's and consumables for smooth functioning
- Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological support to patients and families.
- Maintains a cooperative relationship among home healthcare teams and Max hospital by communicating information; responding to requests.
- To be well groomed, punctual & adhere to company policies and practices.
- Maintain and update MIS, Sales funnel, Revenue data, Doctor's fee data and any other Sales Data on set frequency.
- Should know to work on MS Office. Prepare all the MIS related to the Homecare patients.

Working according to the sales strategy and executing the plan accordingly
Achieve monthly overall assigned budget
Strong interpersonal communication
A knowledge of and passion for Home healthcare
V. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Any graduate/post graduate/ MBA/ MHA with good hand in MS office.
- Minimum 4 year sales experience; home healthcare background will be preferred.
Language Skills
- English, Hindi
- Any other languages (optional)
