The Role


You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including HR, marketing teams, and senior leaders, to develop strategies and initiatives that promote employee engagement, professional growth, and an inclusive work environment.


With a strong emphasis on data analytics, web page management, and fostering a positive company culture, we are seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our team as a Talent and Culture Specialist.

Your responsibilities will span across various aspects of talent management, culture building, and learning and development initiatives.

Culture

  • Collaborate with leadership and HR to develop and implement strategies to foster a positive and inclusive company culture within the marketing department.
  • Promote employee engagement and wellbeing through initiatives such as teambuilding activities and recognition programs.
  • Act as a culture champion, promoting our core values and ensuring they are embedded in daily operations.
Talent development and Retention

  • Design and implement programs for employee training, career development, and performance management. This includes identifying skill gaps, creating learning opportunities, and fostering a culture of continuous growth.

Learning Program Development:

  • Design, develop, and deliver learning and development programs for employees, focusing on marketingspecific skills and industry trends.
  • Evaluate the impact of learning programs through assessments and feedback, making iterative improvements based on results.
  • Coordinate training programs and initiatives for the marketing team, including scheduling workshops, seminars, and external training sessions.
  • Assist in organizing internal training sessions and ensure necessary resources are available.
  • Maintain training records and track employee participation in development activities.
  • Collaborate with external training providers and negotiate contracts, if required

SharePoint page Management:

  • Oversee the management and maintenance of our internal and external web pages related to talent and culture.
  • Ensure web content is uptodate, relevant, and aligned with the company's branding and messaging.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to optimize user experience and drive engagement on talent and culture platforms.
Data Analysis

  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive datainformed decisionmaking and continuous improvement in talent and culture initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and measure the effectiveness of talent and culture programs.
Who You Are

  • Post Graduate degree in human resources, Organizational Psychology, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 8 +Years of Proven experience in talent and culture management, preferably within the marketing industry.
  • Strong data analytics skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and derive insights from HR and talent data.
  • Proficiency in web page management and content management systems (CMS).
  • Familiarity with learning program development and adult learning principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated passion for fostering a positive company culture and supporting employee development.
