PURPOSE:

as part of LSEG's ERPM Program, the Intercompany SME is responsible for supporting the wide intercompany process design, including transfer price and standard commercial arrangements.

Must fully understand and assess hand-offs from Cash In and Cash Out processes and Tax impacts as well as statutory requirements in connection to intercompany activity.

The role will report to the R2R Workstream Lead.

This role is a hybrid working role, with a blended approach of home and office working.


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Degree or equivalent and / or relevant professional qualification.
  • Holistic understanding of the transfer pricing model: purpose, scope, calculation method, reporting.
  • Knowledge of LSEG intercompany accounting and reporting process: recharges, allocations, and business as usual transactions at arm ́s length.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Recommend intercompany process improvements to bring further automation, efficiency, compliance, and increase data and reporting quality.
  • Review Oracle functionality and support the definition of the Transfer Price process.
  • Work closely with Global Process Owners across functions and stakeholders in other teams such as Consolidation, Tax, Transfer Price, Treasury and Service Centres.
  • Ability to work effectively with both operational Transfer Price and Tax advisory teams.
  • Ensure operational compliance with local and group policies and internal control framework.
  • Insight about differences between countries statutory requirements and managerial.
  • Review and improve intercompany balance sheet reconciliations in Blackline.
