Job Title:
Accounts Executive


Years of Experience:1-3 Years


Location:
Santej, Ahmedabad


Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
  • Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and
bank reconciliations.


  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting
standards.


  • Assist in the preparation and filing of GST returns, income tax returns, and other statutory
filings.


  • Provide support during audits and liaise with auditors as required.
  • Monitor cash flow and assist in cash management activities.
  • Perform regular reconciliations of vendor accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of accounting software (e.g., Tally) and other
financial systems.


  • Prepare various financial analysis reports and presentations as needed.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in commerce or related field.
  • Clearing of at least CA foundation exam.
3. 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.


  • Strong knowledge of taxation laws, including GST and income tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
