Your Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including but not limited to lead generation, user acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Deriving marketing projections based on the campaign and audience research.
  • Manage endtoend campaign execution across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, display advertising, affiliate marketing, and other relevant platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy optimization to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and identify actionable insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including creative, product, and analytics to develop integrated marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

Applicant Preferences

  • Must be a graduate
  • 1 year experience in performance marketing or related role
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make datadriven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proven track record of managing successful performance marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results.
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and marketing automation tools is a plus.

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
