CRM Executive - Noida, India - Tech2Globe Web Solutions LLP
Description
Job Profile:
- Develop strategic plans to address clients' business needs effectively.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client complaints and escalate issues as necessary for resolution.
- Monitor and follow up on client payments to ensure timely receipt.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling services and products to clients.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms by both the company and clients.
- Work closely with internal teams such as sales, engineers, and senior management to address clients' needs and concerns promptly.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Requirements and Skills:
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong problemsolving aptitude.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in client management or similar roles.
Salary:
₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
