Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, longlasting relationships with clients by providing personalized service, addressing their needs, and delivering valueadded solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the features, benefits, and value proposition of our products/services.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives in the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure customer satisfaction and address client needs.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs on a regular basis, providing insights into sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and competitive positioning.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to maximize revenue and profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues as needed to ensure swift resolution.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote our products/services and expand our network of contacts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in field sales, with a minimum of 23 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Selfmotivated and resultsdriven, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends, with a passion for staying informed about the latest developments.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think strategically to overcome obstacles and achieve sales objectives.
Pay:
₹50, ₹55,000.00 per month
