Description

Role:
Quality Executive

Location:
Bengaluru, Karnataka

Key Responsibilities:


  • Owning the audit processes for assigned focus groups
  • Preparation of checklists audits (based on business need)
  • Plan periodical (monthly/Weekly/Daily) audits
  • Carry out audits with 100% adherence to audit plan
  • Reporting NCs/audit findings to right stakeholders and following up till clo
- sure

  • Conducting Product and Process quality audit and inspection on a regular basis
  • Proactively initiating ideas and sharing Root Cause analyses to positively impact
performance of processes in line with organization objectives

  • Developing systems to monitor and measure performance against defined tar
- gets

  • Preparing & publishing Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports to show trends in
their focus groups' performance

  • Identifying opportunities and driving initiatives to enhance team performance
and output

  • Conducting Induction, OJT and Refresher training for on ground employees
  • Preparing weekly training planner as per business requirement
  • Coordinating with HR team to pre plan Induction training for new joiners.
  • Analyze Training need Identification based on audit reports / employee
performance.

  • Conducting R&R (Rewards and Recognition) / Engagement activity with
the smaller groups in DCs/PH


Key Skills Required:


  • Advanced knowledge and experience in MS-Office (excel, word, ppt and Visio
mandatory) databases and performance reporting in a business environment

  • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills; Should be able to present
facts, analysis, and conclusions or solutions in a way that demonstrates com
- mand of content

  • Ability to lead and conduct training programs across employee levels

Salary:
₹250, ₹350,000.00 per year
