Job Description:

Coordinate with material planners of different plants & assists the team to followup with suppliers for on time material delivery
Creation & maintenance of Material Master in SAP
Creation & maintenance of all the documents of maintenance departments
Perform MRP Run on defined frequency & ensure PO are sent to suppliers
Amend the PO for noncommercial data on need basis
Support material planners for sourcing the spare parts; RFQ & PR creation
Coordinate with stake holders towards receiving the ordered parts in the plant
Understand and address the pain points of the machine spares planners & come up with the solutions which will be offered as service to plants across globe
Hunt and explore for new business in Technical function area.
Manage the Projects inline with SO/QMM & BGSW/QMM requirements
Manage the outsourcing activities need for the project

Qualifications:

BE (Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering)
36 Years of Experience in industry.
Exposure on managing the spare parts and alignment between the maintenance department and stock room in manufacturing industry
Exposure to manufacturing function on a plant
Hands on experience in preparation & maintenance documentation in maintenance & planning department
Knowledge on spare parts sourcing & ordering process in SAP
Good experience in creation & maintenance of Material Master in SAP
Experience on facing the Internal & external audits
Work experience service industry is an added advantage
Flexible to work in shifts
