Role description:

The Client Service Operations (CSO) is an internal specialty function focused on operational excellence, risk mitigation and relationship management.

We act as a single point of contact between account teams, internal organizations, and extended client relationships to provide ongoing support.

The CSO Operations team serves as the foundation to the CSO providing structural elements that allow for quality service delivery.

The Client Service Operations (CSO) Operations INDUS at Grant Thornton will be supporting the CSO Operations Manager in daily initiatives and activities across the following areas:

Service Strategy
Design, Integration & Administration
Continuous Improvement
Communications Management

In this role, the CSO INDUS Associate will execute critical tasks, fulfill requests, and support project activities aligned to CSO Operations initiatives.

Additionally, this individual, will contribute to ideas and development of new solutions and continuous improvement opportunities.

The CSO INDUS Associate will have established working guidelines, goals and objectives that align to CSO Operations roadmaps, plans and prioritized initiatives.

This individual will also support the development and documentation of processes along with monitoring ongoing performance and service quality. The CSO INDUS Associate will report directly into the INDUS Organization while taking direction from the CSO Operations Manager. This individual will also be expected to work across team in a service-oriented capacity.

Technically savvy and knowledgeable about new and changing tools; ability to drive innovative and creative solutions
