Description
Handling End to End MIS work in regards to Training i.e. PTR's, Assessments, Knowledge tool management etc.

Handling End to End Financial work in regards to Training i.e. Claims, Advance Fund requests etc.

Responsible for keeping Track of Leaves/Absents of all VBA when they are mapped for Training

Coordination with other cross departments for related works

Responsible for publishing training Health report & Preparing Training related Content

Assigned with VBA team for Low/Top VBA Training Tracking and coordination in all aspects.

Responsible for keeping Daily attendance Track of all Trainers via given tools

Responsible for All kind of Reports related to Training coverage RT/CT.

Floating the Communication down the line to all concerns on time

Designing, monitoring, analysing all Training Reports.

Assisting with training and on boarding processes.

Assigned with VBA team for NHIT VBA Training Tracking and coordination in all aspects.

Responsible for maintaining training data base, reports and expenses on time

Responsible for sharing MOM (Minute of meeting) of training call.

Maintaining, managing the training assists, and updating data timely.


Requirements for this Profile

Qualification Graduate

Salary 28kCTC+ Travel allowances

Salary:
₹18, ₹22,000.86 per month
