About the Role


As a Senior Strategic Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the relationships between the company and its most valued customers.

You'll take complete ownership for your portfolio of accounts and ensure successful delivery of services.


Compliance (Company Secretary)

Responsibilities:

All the activities listed below will be for the Holdings as well as the group companies, as applicable:

Drafting of agenda, minutes for Board Meetings, General Meetings and Committee meetings, circular resolutions and preparation and maintenance of statutory registers.


Compliance of all company related laws such as Companies Act, 2013, FEMA regulations and all other allied laws that may be applicable to the Company.

Conducting of Board, Committee, and general meetings


Managing compliances with respect to Equity funding and in compliance with the terms and conditions of Shareholders Agreement for group Companies.

Support to Due Diligence for fund raise as well as Strategic activities like mergers, demerger, amalgamation, etc.

Handling the promotion, formation and incorporation of companies and matters related therewith for foreign jurisdictions.


Any other compliance activities based on the regulatory requirements as per the initiatives undertaken by the group Companies and applicability of relevant Laws.


Must keep abreast with the latest regulatory changes/ requirements and adhere to such requirements including interaction with regulators as may be required.


Requirements:

Should be a Member of ICSI with 4 to 6 years of experience.

Ability to work both independently and within a group environment.
