Description
We are looking for a qualified Female Customer Support Executive (Mail Process) who will offer excellent customer service. To be successful as a customer support executive, you should display excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Responsibilities:
- Resolving customer complaints & queries brought to your attention under a specific timeline through mails.
- Manage and drive sales team target and performance.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 13 years' experience in outbound voice process.
- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
- Should have Computer skills, MS Office, Chat Support
Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
