- Assisting mentees (customers) in their mentorship purchase process.
- Conducting timely follow-ups with mentees to convert leads into successful sales.
- Providing support to the mentors and assisting the mentors whenever needed.
- Sharing valuable insights from user activities and contributing to ongoing improvements.
- Working as a key accounts manager to the mentors & mentees and ensuring that mentors are satisfied with the Preplaced platform.
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism with mentors for their platform success.
- Building rapport with mentors and assisting them with their success.
- Understanding users and their needs by engaging with them as peers.
- Identifying their questions and objections about the product and addressing them effectively.
- Selling the product using all the knowledge gained above.
- Achieving sales targets as per the process.
- Following up with mentees to convert them into sales.
