Description

Role & responsibilities:

Develop and provide consultancy to customers for sales.
Coordinate and help customers in the classification of outfits as per the event/occasion.
Assisting them during trials.
Involvement in visual merchandising of the store.
Achieve individual/ store sales targets.
Adherence to policies, systems and procedures.
Maximizing sales and profitability through excellent customer service.

Required skills and Experience:

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Understanding how to leverage customer behavioural, lifestyle, and demographic data.
Excellent knowledge of fashion trends, colour schemes, fabrics, and designer labels.
Awareness of art, design, and fashion history.
Business skills such as marketing, networking, and time management.
Creativity and innovation.
Well organized.
Ability to work under tight deadlines.
Ability to influence the decisions of customers.
