Description
Market Analysis
- Study competition scenario, current market trends, new emerging markets/ opportunities basis the Company's growth plans, etc.
- Based on this, select the target markets, assign revenue targetsto regional business development managers based on 'scope of the job'/ 'geographic segmentation'.
- Establish vibrant system and process for collection and analysis of market information.
- Assess competition, process information/ leads/ market trendsand develops appropriate brand positioning.
- Do PEST analysis
- Political, Economic, Social and Technological analysis. Use this information to list opportunities in the market. Approach new customers to increase the revenue generating opportunities.
- Train the business development team to effectively network in the market, to collect and analyse market information.
- Maximise networking opportunities using conferences, events and trade shows to increase awareness and develop a network of contacts
Business Development
Understand NFA's business plan and provide strategic direction to achieve the business objectives in terms of revenue realization.
- Support/ facilitate in development of short term and long term BD plan.
- Ensure alignment of the plan with the NFA'sbusiness priorities and objectives.
- Consolidate annual business development budget and get approval fromthe Executive Directors.
- Track the expenditure and control it within the budget.
Marketing Plan Budget and Control
- Based on the revenue (Sales Target) and recovery target, prepare annual budget for the entire marketing function.
- Evolve a quarterly rolling plan and firm monthly plan segment wise and region wise production plan.
- Ensure alignment of the plan with Company's business priorities and corporate objectives.
Marketing, Brand Promotions and Marketing activities
- Approve / Support for appropriate promotion plan along with proposed impact on the sales volume, top & bottom lines.
- Get appropriate Budgets allocated for running a Promotional Plan.
- Review the marketing promotion plans and study the effectiveness of the campaign with respect to Intended Results.
- Plan digital marketing initiatives and use appropriate tools and techniques to maximize the reach.
- Execute the promotional plans at right time and within the budgeted cost.
- Execute digital marketing initiatives and use appropriate tools and techniques to maximize the reach.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of programs.
- Review the same with Executive Directors
- Operations. Evolve corrective actions implement it and evaluate the improvement.
- Handle creation of packaging in different forms.
- Create communication material and update NFA website periodically.
- Evaluate new partners and forge partnership for effective offtake of NFA Products through online sales channels.
Key Account Management
- Develop core markets.
- Build longterm relationship with all key volume players
- Maintain consistent sales growth by continuously obtaining new projects by managing existing accounts
Strategic Support &Escalation Management
- In case of pursuing customer other than approved list of customers, give approval for the same with due diligence.
- Work closely with design team; Guide BD support teams for deriving accurate BOM, Estimation & Costing for successful bidding/ tendering.
- Ensure effective prebid meeting, post tender submission & finalization of contract
- Handle escalations related to receivables management, if it cannot be solved by the respective regional business development manager.
MIS Reporting
- Document the market analysis/ research done.
- Create reports on revenue forecasts, realization, corrective action taken, effectiveness and present during Management Review Meeting.
People development
- Lead the BD teamand guide the team to perform their jobs well; Train them, mentor and coach them such that they excel in their scope of work.
- Monitor performance regularly and give valuable feedback
Pay:
₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
