About the company


Responsibilities:


  • Create and develop MATLAB training development plans for learners.
  • Prepare and conceptualize the training materials (course outlines, background material, instructional materials, and training aids) based on best practices.
  • Conduct training lessons in both online and offline mode through seminars, webinar, facetoface class on the training objectives and deliverables.
  • Track and compile collected data.
  • Review existing training delivery or materials and presentation skills to enhance lectures and create new materials or new delivery methods if required to align with the company's needs.
  • Maintain a database of all training materials.
  • Manage the learning experience consistent with company philosophy and companywide strategy.
  • Manage the training program in accordance with business needs, regulatory requirements, and Quality Management System.
Ensure the quality and consistency of course content throughout a course life cycle


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Education, Business, Information Technology, or related field
  • ACTA or ACLP certified.
  • Both freshers and experienced persons as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position are preferrable.
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software.
  • Experience with MATLAB and Simulink.
