Position Overview:
As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service, handling distributor and dealer queries, maintaining smooth communication, driving sales, and nurturing positive relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Distributor and Dealer Support:
Provide assistance and support to our distributors and dealers, addressing their needs and inquiries promptly.
Order Processing:
Efficiently process orders, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries.
Issue Resolution:
Take charge of resolving any issues or concerns that may arise during the sales process.
Communication:
Maintain clear and effective communication channels with both internal and external stakeholders.
Feedback Collection:
Gather and analyze feedback to continually improve our services and offerings.
Sales Support:
Collaborate with the sales team to provide the necessary support to achieve our sales targets.
Reporting:
Generate regular reports to monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Proven sales support experience, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Detailoriented and wellorganized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Industry knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory a willingness to learn and adapt to the building material industry is highly valued
