Job Description:


  • Provide storage provisioning for NAS SAN systems
  • Providing level three SAN NAS Configuring and administering support and expertise as it relates to the storage environment as needed
  • Implement maintain monitor performance tuning and upgrade Network Attached Storage NAS environment
  • Storage Array NAS Performance Tuning
  • Requires expertise with configuration and administration tuning and troubleshooting PowerMax Unity 480f and EMC Isili NetApp storage arrays
  • Understand and troubleshoot the Brocade SAN switches
- zoning and connectivity of SAN switches

  • Perform change management and incident management for enterprise storage systems
  • Develop an understanding of project engagement processes Service Readiness and partner with project teams on Conditions of Satisfaction deliverables including support documentation
