We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Virtual Inventory Executive to join our growing company.

Your chief goal in this position will be to monitor and report on our company's inventory levels on a virtual need.

You will be responsible for developing inventory tracking systems, reviewing levels of supplies, ordering new materials, and performing a daily analysis.

Job Title:
Virtual Inventory Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Design and implement an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures.
Examine the levels of supplies and raw materials to determine shortages.
Document daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory.
Managing current SOH, looking at weekly/monthly sales, trends, pricing, and then ordering for what stores and warehouse requirements.
Confirming orders as per above.
Checking pricing etc. once the order is invoiced/received.
Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.
Evaluate new inventory to ensure it's ready for shipment.
Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems.
Order new supplies to avoid inefficiencies or excessive surplus.
Analyze different suppliers to obtain the best costeffective deals.
Report to the Inventory Manager
Handling Inventories through virtual software

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a relevant field
Solid knowledge of data analysis, inventory management software, and forecasting techniques
Able to multitask and work independently
Proven leadership skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Indepth understanding of distribution workplaces
Inventory training an asset
Proficient communication skills and Analytical skills compulsory
Handson experience in handling Virtual Inventory
