We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Virtual Inventory Executive to join our growing company.Your chief goal in this position will be to monitor and report on our company's inventory levels on a virtual need.
You will be responsible for developing inventory tracking systems, reviewing levels of supplies, ordering new materials, and performing a daily analysis.

Job Title:
Virtual Inventory Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and implement an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures.
- Examine the levels of supplies and raw materials to determine shortages.
- Document daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory.
- Managing current SOH, looking at weekly/monthly sales, trends, pricing, and then ordering for what stores and warehouse requirements.
- Confirming orders as per above.
- Checking pricing etc. once the order is invoiced/received.
- Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.
- Evaluate new inventory to ensure it's ready for shipment.
- Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems.
- Order new supplies to avoid inefficiencies or excessive surplus.
- Analyze different suppliers to obtain the best costeffective deals.
- Report to the Inventory Manager
- Handling Inventories through virtual software
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a relevant field
- Solid knowledge of data analysis, inventory management software, and forecasting techniques
- Able to multitask and work independently
- Proven leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Indepth understanding of distribution workplaces
- Inventory training an asset
- Proficient communication skills and Analytical skills compulsory
- Handson experience in handling Virtual Inventory
