Job Title:
Customer Support Executive

Enthusiastic and Persuasive person with fluent English and an ability to engage customers in a conversation. The Customer Support Executive's responsibilities include answering customer queries professionally.

Founded by IIT-IIM alumni, LogIQids is an Ed-Tech company focused on enhancing logical reasoning skills in kids.

Based out of Mumbai, the company has already raised a pre-Series Around and is aggressively looking to expand and add to the team.

We have already impacted 10 lakh+ students and have worked with 1200+ schools.

Our new venture LQ Live is a Live online Group Class for Math, Science & Logic for students from Grade 1 to Grade 8 growing exponentially month on month.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Answering incoming calls professionally to provide information about products and services to the customers.
  • Communicating with other departments for updates.
  • Recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments as well as action taken.
  • Following up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' request/complaints.
  • Referring unresolved customer grievances to the designated department or department head.

REQUIRED SKILLS:


  • Fluent Englishspeaking

  • Clear communication skills
  • Effecting listening

WORK TYPE:
Work from Office


WORK DAYS:
Working Weekends (Week Off provided)


WORK TIMINGS: 10 AM - 7 PM

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
