Duties


The Strategic Content Assistant (Knowledge Management) works under the direct supervision of the Strategic Planning, Research, and Analysis Specialist (SPRAS) in the Public Diplomacy office (PD) of the Consulate.

They educate and inform Indian audiences about all aspects of U.S. policy in India. The position has no supervisory responsibility.

Provides knowledge management, including reporting and database oversight, for the PD section as well as Post's main POC for Mission-wide contact management database.

Assists the SPRAS to track and report on strategic analysis of programs throughout the PD Section to assure the Section is meeting strategic goals.

Assists with integrating PD Section's strategic analysis and metrics with PD tools and reporting.

Co-manages PD Section visual technical equipment with primary focus on operations, technical set up and inventory; tracks and maintains records of PD Section digital visual data.

Requirements:


EXPERIENCE:

A minimum of three years of experience in a major organization in budget, accounting, business administration, financial management, organizational management, public administration, project management, or grants management work is required.

The pay plan is assigned at the time of the conditional offer letter by the HR Office.
