We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Travel Expert (Sales Executive) to help us build up our business activities.


  • Travel Expert responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Ultimately, you'll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company's rapid and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Fresher are also welcomed.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Customize Trip as per customer requirement.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
  • Perform after sales duty like gathering the document of clients for further operation process.
  • Consult customer for their trip preparation.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
  • Converting the leads into clients.

Qualification:

  • Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
  • BTTM (Bachelor of Tourism and Travel Management) or MTTM (Master of Tourism and Travel Management), MBA, BBA, BCA, B.ScIT, B.Com.
  • Proven experience as a Travel Expert (Sales in Travel package) or relevant role.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Excellent knowledge of computer.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
