We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Travel Expert (Sales Executive) to help us build up our business activities.
- Travel Expert responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Ultimately, you'll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company's rapid and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Fresher are also welcomed.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Customize Trip as per customer requirement.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Perform after sales duty like gathering the document of clients for further operation process.
- Consult customer for their trip preparation.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
- Converting the leads into clients.
Qualification:
- Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- BTTM (Bachelor of Tourism and Travel Management) or MTTM (Master of Tourism and Travel Management), MBA, BBA, BCA, B.ScIT, B.Com.
- Proven experience as a Travel Expert (Sales in Travel package) or relevant role.
- Proficiency in English.
- Excellent knowledge of computer.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.

₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
