Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive all over India.
The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for prospecting and closing sales deals with potential clients, analyzing customers' current and future needs, effectively demonstrating Lagroce's product offerings and capabilities, and building strong customer relationships to boost client retention.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to meet sales targets and achieve KPIs
- Keen attention to detail and customer needs
- A selfstarter who can effectively manage their own workload
- Prior experience in field sales, B2B Sales or retail sales is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is desirable but not required.
