If you are somebody who is passionate about building a product by being professionally responsible for designing, executing and optimizing marketing strategies that aim to grow our company's user base, increase revenue, and improve profitability, then you are the right fit for this position.

You will be in charge of strategizing our company's marketing and business development efforts by evaluating and developing marketing strategies, planning and coordinating marketing efforts, communicating the marketing plans to those involved, and building awareness and positioning for our company's brands

This is a full-time Terraformer position, meaning that you hit the ground running and quickly absorb the functional domain skills, business and market domain knowledge and above all Nbyula's core organizational values

Roles, Responsibilities & Expectations:


  • Deep analysis of Nbyula's business model and the metrics that impact the performance of the marketplace product.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including product, engineering, and design, to drive growth initiatives.
  • Establish and execute against growth goals and milestones
  • Help build growth strategy & experience into the core product culture at Nbyula
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in growth marketing and identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Deep dive into qualitative and quantitative data to come up with key insights to scale growth initiatives
  • Work on activating users who are not engaging with the platform and improve the retention rate,transaction rate and user acquisition
  • Create and execute an eventdriven analytical strategy, build and expand features that help the customers to understand the usage better
  • Leverage the content created by the writers to the maximum.
  • Adaptable and flexible in a changing market and work environment
  • Creative, selfstarter, with the ability to handle multiple projects while consistently meeting deadlines

Qualifications & Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a proven track record of driving user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Should be able to cover all aspects of content, design, digital media marketing, user acquisition, branding, imaging
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of web analytics and conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problemsolving and strategic thinking skills.
