Pre-Sales Specialist or Pre-Sales Consultant

1.


Customer Engagement:


  • Establish rapport with customers and create a positive shopping experience.
2.


Product Knowledge:


  • Develop and maintain indepth knowledge of Apple's product lineup, including iPhones, MacBooks, iPads, software, accessories, and more.
  • Stay updated on the latest product releases, features, and updates.
3.


Needs Assessment:


  • Ask probing questions to understand the customer's needs, preferences, and budget.
  • Identify the customer's pain points and challenges that can be addressed with Apple products and services.
4.


Solution Recommendation:


  • Provide tailored product recommendations and solutions to meet the customer's needs.
  • Explain the benefits, features, and advantages of Apple products and services.
5.


Technical Expertise:


  • Offer technical guidance and support, including troubleshooting common issues and questions.
  • Assist customers with setting up and configuring their devices.
6.


Sales Support:


  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from presales to the purchase process.
  • Assist customers with the purchasing process, including providing information on pricing, financing options, and warranties.
7.


Market Awareness:


  • Stay informed about the competitive landscape and industry trends.
  • Provide feedback to Apple regarding customer preferences and market insights.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum One Year Experience
  • B.tech/ BCA/ MCA (IT Background)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent product knowledge and technical proficiency with Apple products.
  • Customerfocused with a passion for helping people.
  • Sales or customer service experience is often preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic retail environment.

Pay:
₹500, ₹600,000.00 per year
