11-18 yrs of SAP experience in implementing experience in SF handling multiple modules. EC has core modules

Good end to end experience in compensation and variable cycle plan.
Should have strong experience in implementing Employee central.
Worked has solution architect with hands on experience in handling Performance Management, Compensation and Variable payment and Succession planning.
Good experience in handling product half yearly release especially reference to Employee central, Performance Management, succession management, Compensation and variable pay modules.
Good understanding on product road map of SuccessFactors product and advised client to adapt to the product road maps.
Good presentation skill and should have done release management workshop with customer in providing suggestion and guiding them on product releases and product road map.
Worked on Universal optin and opt

- out SuccessFactors modules and conducted knowledge sharing session with client in providing the suggestions and enabling them in adapting to those changes.

Hands on experience in the integration points with PMGM, Succession Management, Employee Central and compensation management is must.
Designs and implements system governance and policies in collaboration with various stakeholder groups.
