Roles and Responsibilities
- _Follow-ups for the product deliveries with issued purchase orders and contact vendors when there are discrepancies._
- _Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, knowledge of market research, solid organizational skills responsible for coordinating and maintaining the records of business transactions and office activities of the Purchase Department._
- _You should perform daily order supplies and equipment based on the requirement._
- _You should monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs, research potential vendors, track orders and ensure timely delivery, update internal databases with order details._
- _Conduct market research to identify pricing trends, evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices with all terms & condition including payment terms_
- _Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts, follow up with suppliers as needed, to confirm or change orders_
- _Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition_
- _Contact vendors to acquire quotes for goods, process contracts and invoices, and communicate with trucking companies to ensure products are delivered within the designated timeframe_
- _Conduct regular price comparisons to ensure that the company is always getting the best price for each product that is purchased_
- _Attending meetings with vendors and taking minutes_
- _Assisting with the inspection of goods_
- _Researching new vendors_
- _Tracking deliveries and updating order records (e.g. dates, invoices and discounts)._
- _Familiar with supply chain procedures and know how to create and translate cost analysis_
- _Should maintain strong working relationships with vender._
- _Help our Accounting department run smoothly_
- _Ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions_
- _Co-ordination with various sites in delivering required material in time._
- _Regular updating of cash flow statement site wise & sharing on regular basis to management & accounts._

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
