Description

Responsibilities:

Provide expert financial advice and guidance to clients in areas such as merchant banking, capital market transactions, and regulatory compliance.
Assist clients in understanding the intricacies of right issues, SME IPOs, main board IPOs, and related processes.
Conduct thorough analysis and due diligence of potential transactions, including financial modeling, valuation, and risk assessment.
Prepare comprehensive transaction reports, investment memoranda, and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory authorities, investment bankers, legal advisors, and other professionals.
Stay updated with industry trends, market regulations, and changes in financial practices to ensure compliance and provide accurate advice.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including legal, compliance, and finance departments, to ensure smooth execution of transactions and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Conduct internal reviews and audits to ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies, policies, and procedures.
Provide training and mentorship to junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Qualification and skills

CA/CS/MBA/CFA with relevant certifications and licenses.

- understanding of right issues, SME IPOs, main board IPOs, transaction advisory, AIF advisory, and regulatory compliance
- knowledge of relevant financial regulations, including SEBI guidelines, company laws, and regulatory frameworks.
